1. Acceptance of Terms
By using MARBL LTD services you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided
• Furniture & upholstery repair
• Household goods restoration
• Custom refurbishment
• Non-store retail sale of related products

3. Quotations & Pricing
Quotes valid 14 days. Final price depends on item condition and materials. Payment due before/at delivery unless agreed otherwise.

4. Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations < 24 h before appointment may incur a fee up to 25 % of the quote.

5. Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate item info, ensure pickup/delivery access, approve quotes.

6. Turnaround Time
Estimated times are not guaranteed; delays may occur.

7. Liability & Warranty
No liability for pre-existing damage, uncollected items after 30 days, normal wear. 30-day workmanship warranty.

8. Returns & Refunds
Refunds only if work not completed as agreed or fault caused by MARBL LTD. Claims within 7 days in writing.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality
Handled per our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law
Laws of England & Wales; courts of Nottingham have jurisdiction.
